Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, Cyclin-D1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with TMC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC4-to-partner and partner-to-TMC4 results are reported.
