TMC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMC4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,724 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LETM1, EPHA10, and ATP13A5. Each is linked with TMC4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC4-to-partner and partner-to-TMC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LETM1 grouped by TMC4-low versus TMC4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
