TMC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,934 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIRT1_S47, AFAP1L2_S344, and STK38L. Each is linked with TMC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC1-to-partner and partner-to-TMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMC1 versus SIRT1_S47 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.20.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
