TMC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 213 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSHB, OR9A2, and SLC32A1. Each is linked with TMC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC1-to-partner and partner-to-TMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSHB grouped by TMC1-low versus TMC1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
