TMBIM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMBIM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,260 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMBIM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NEMF, WDR19, and WRN_S1133. Each is linked with TMBIM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMBIM4-to-partner and partner-to-TMBIM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMBIM4 versus NEMF in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMBIM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMBIM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
