TMBIM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMBIM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 471 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMBIM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1238, NOCT, and NCAPD3. Each is linked with TMBIM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMBIM4-to-partner and partner-to-TMBIM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1238 grouped by TMBIM4-low versus TMBIM4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMBIM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMBIM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
