Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMBIM4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMBIM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS and Caspase-8. Each is linked with TMBIM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMBIM4-to-partner and partner-to-TMBIM4 results are reported.
