Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMBIM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,558 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMBIM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, Protein deglycosylation, and IMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TMBIM4 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMBIM4-to-partner and partner-to-TMBIM4 results are reported.
