Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMBIM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,684 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMBIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCD2, METTL4, and SCML2. Each is linked with TMBIM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMBIM1-to-partner and partner-to-TMBIM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMBIM1 versus FANCD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMBIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMBIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
