TMBIM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMBIM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMBIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, JNK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with TMBIM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMBIM1-to-partner and partner-to-TMBIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by TMBIM1-low versus TMBIM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMBIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMBIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
