Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMBIM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,515 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMBIM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament capping, Regulation of proteolysis, and Negative regulation of actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with TMBIM1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMBIM1-to-partner and partner-to-TMBIM1 results are reported.
