Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TM9SF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,404 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TM9SF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R16B, TMOD2, and STARD8. Each is linked with TM9SF4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM9SF4-to-partner and partner-to-TM9SF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TM9SF4 versus PPP1R16B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TM9SF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TM9SF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
