Across TCGA cell cohorts, TM9SF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,401 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TM9SF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translation initiation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Regulation of heparan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process, and Regulation of protein O-linked glycosylation. Each is linked with TM9SF2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM9SF2-to-partner and partner-to-TM9SF2 results are reported.
