TM7SF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TM7SF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,670 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TM7SF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARPC5, FERMT3, and PLEKHO2. Each is linked with TM7SF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM7SF2-to-partner and partner-to-TM7SF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TM7SF2 versus ARPC5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TM7SF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TM7SF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
