Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TM7SF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,340 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TM7SF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPAA1, PIGU, and SMPD4. Each is linked with TM7SF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM7SF2-to-partner and partner-to-TM7SF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TM7SF2 versus GPAA1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TM7SF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TM7SF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
