TM2D1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TM2D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,253 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TM2D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIGA1, EFCAB7, and TMEM167B. Each is linked with TM2D1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM2D1-to-partner and partner-to-TM2D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TM2D1 versus MIGA1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TM2D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TM2D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
