TLX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 767 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP18, ADIRF, and BCRP6. Each is linked with TLX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLX1-to-partner and partner-to-TLX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP18 grouped by TLX1-low versus TLX1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
