TLR9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLR9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 517 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR23D2, GH2, and ATRIP. Each is linked with TLR9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR9-to-partner and partner-to-TLR9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR23D2 grouped by TLR9-low versus TLR9-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
