TLR8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,835 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEFV, LILRB1, and LILRA1. Each is linked with TLR8 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR8-to-partner and partner-to-TLR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLR8 versus MEFV in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
