Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,175 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, RASAL3, and WAS. Each is linked with TLR8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR8-to-partner and partner-to-TLR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLR8 versus RCSD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
