Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,186 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TLR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300C, FCGR3A, and PILRA. Each is linked with TLR8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR8-to-partner and partner-to-TLR8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLR8 versus CD300C in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
