TLR8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,669 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7854, ZWINT, and EPHB2. Each is linked with TLR8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR8-to-partner and partner-to-TLR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7854 grouped by TLR8-low versus TLR8-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
