TLR8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are p21, PCNA, and VHL. Each is linked with TLR8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR8-to-partner and partner-to-TLR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p21 grouped by TLR8-low versus TLR8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
