TLR8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLR8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFB6, OR10A5, and OR11G2. Each is linked with TLR8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR8-to-partner and partner-to-TLR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFB6 grouped by TLR8-low versus TLR8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
