TLR10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,307 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR6, P2RY13, and TIFAB. Each is linked with TLR10 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR10-to-partner and partner-to-TLR10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLR10 versus TLR6 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
