TLR10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,963 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, LPXN, and ARHGAP25. Each is linked with TLR10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR10-to-partner and partner-to-TLR10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLR10 versus IL16 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
