TLR10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, FASN, and eEF2K. Each is linked with TLR10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR10-to-partner and partner-to-TLR10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by TLR10-low versus TLR10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
