TLR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,974 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7P5, TRMT112P1, and MIR7854. Each is linked with TLR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR1-to-partner and partner-to-TLR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN7P5 grouped by TLR1-low versus TLR1-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
