Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLNRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,318 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLNRD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMUT, PCCB, and RBBP6_S873. Each is linked with TLNRD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLNRD1-to-partner and partner-to-TLNRD1 results are reported.
