TLNRD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLNRD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,765 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLNRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP5, KCND3, and C16orf89. Each is linked with TLNRD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLNRD1-to-partner and partner-to-TLNRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLNRD1 versus BMP5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLNRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLNRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
