TLNRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLNRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLNRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7843, LYZL1, and RNA5SP325. Each is linked with TLNRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLNRD1-to-partner and partner-to-TLNRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7843 grouped by TLNRD1-low versus TLNRD1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLNRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLNRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
