Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLNRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLNRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCER1, KRTAP5-11, and DEFB131B. Each is linked with TLNRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLNRD1-to-partner and partner-to-TLNRD1 results are reported.
