Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,836 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPATCH8, BIRC6, and DYNC1H1. Each is linked with TLN2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLN2-to-partner and partner-to-TLN2 results are reported.
