TLN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,326 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN11, DPYSL3, and FBLN1. Each is linked with TLN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLN2-to-partner and partner-to-TLN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLN2 versus SEPTIN11 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
