Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,633 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL3, KLHDC1, and TIMP3. Each is linked with TLN2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLN2-to-partner and partner-to-TLN2 results are reported.
