Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,713 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Schwann cell development, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, and Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TLN2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLN2-to-partner and partner-to-TLN2 results are reported.
