TLN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,507 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPP, LINC02693, and HSD17B6. Each is linked with TLN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLN2-to-partner and partner-to-TLN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLPP grouped by TLN2-low versus TLN2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
