TLL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,511 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BASP1, NUP35, and MINDY2_S62. Each is linked with TLL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLL2-to-partner and partner-to-TLL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLL2 versus BASP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
