TLL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 401 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D12, SNORD114-22, and OR2A42. Each is linked with TLL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLL2-to-partner and partner-to-TLL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLL2 versus TBC1D12 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
