TLK2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLK2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,271 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLK2P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS6, EVI2B, and FNDC3B. Each is linked with TLK2P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLK2P2-to-partner and partner-to-TLK2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLK2P2 versus RPS6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLK2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLK2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
