TLK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,323 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPTF, COIL, and SIN3A. Each is linked with TLK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLK2-to-partner and partner-to-TLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLK2 versus BPTF in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
