TLK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,354 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2A2, SFPQP1, and RNA5SP289. Each is linked with TLK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLK2-to-partner and partner-to-TLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTF2A2 grouped by TLK2-low versus TLK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
