TLE6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,712 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MUC1, CD38, and RIN1_S337. Each is linked with TLE6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE6-to-partner and partner-to-TLE6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLE6 versus MUC1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
