Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TLE6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TLE6 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher TLE6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TLE6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and MESO show a favorable association.

KIRP, ACC, and COAD are the cancer types where TLE6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
