TLE6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Annexin-1, and ASNS. Each is linked with TLE6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE6-to-partner and partner-to-TLE6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by TLE6-low versus TLE6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
