TLE6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLE6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL13, MS4A6E, and OR1L6. Each is linked with TLE6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE6-to-partner and partner-to-TLE6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL13 grouped by TLE6-low versus TLE6-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
