TLE6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLE6 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,878 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABIN1, PTPRN2, and ATP2B3. Each is linked with TLE6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE6-to-partner and partner-to-TLE6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CABIN1 grouped by TLE6-low versus TLE6-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
