TLE3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,691 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLE3_S203, SNRPD3, and SMARCC2_S306. Each is linked with TLE3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE3-to-partner and partner-to-TLE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLE3 versus TLE3_S203 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
