Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TLE3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TLE3 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher TLE3 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TLE3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BRCA show a favorable association.
UCS, COAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where TLE3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
