TLE3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,138 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF397, POU2F1, and CNTNAP3. Each is linked with TLE3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE3-to-partner and partner-to-TLE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLE3 versus ZNF397 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
